2.1. Transfer of data to third parties
The personal data collected by the site are not transmitted to any third party, and are only processed by the publisher of the site.
2.2. General information
When you visit the site, your IP address and the browser you use may be recorded and processed by our server. This request is set up for security reasons by filtering out any suspicious connections. These data are anonymized and does not allow to identify you.
2.3. Cookies
During navigation on the site, cookies are placed on your terminal (computer, smartphone or tablet).
A “cookie” is a small file (less than 4KB), stored by the site on the user’s hard drive, containing information about the user’s browsing habits.

2.4. The contact form
The data in the contact form must be provided. Otherwise, we will not have sufficient information to process your request.
The Data Controller (see article 1) is the sole recipient and manager of the data collected. The information received is stored on the company’s internal server for the duration of the processing. These personal data are deleted after 3 months.
2.5. External links
Our site may contain clickable links to third-party sites. CAREDIS has no control over the content of other websites. It is up to the user to inquire about the personal data processing policy practiced by the publishers of these sites. Therefore, we disclaim any liability related to the use of other sites.
ARTICLE 3: OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
The controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to transmit them to third parties without the user having been informed and to respect the purposes for which these data were collected.
In addition, the data controller undertakes to notify the user in the event of rectification or deletion of the data, unless this entails disproportionate formalities, costs and procedures for him.
In the event of data breach of our systems, the Data Controller undertakes, in accordance with the legislation, to inform the CNIL of this breach. You will also be kept informed of the situation and the measures taken to resolve the issue.

The publisher of the site reserves the right to modify it in order to comply with the current law.
Therefore, the user is invited to consult this privacy policy regularly in order to stay informed of the latest changes made to it.
